1. Universal -- Eph. 2:19-22 -- a dwelling place of God in the Spirit
2. Local -- I Cor. 3:16:17 -- God's Spirit dwells in you [plural]

B. In the individual Christian

I Cor. 6:19-20 -- body is a temple of the Holy Spirit
Rom. 8:9 -- must have Spirit of Christ to belong to Him
II Tim. 1:14 -- Holy Spirit dwells within us
John 14:15-17 -- Comforter (Spirit of truth) will be in you
Rom. 8:11 -- raised through His Spirit which dwells in you

II Cor. 1:21-22 -- seal on us; Spirit in hearts as guarantee
Eph. 4:30 -- sealed in Holy Spirit for day of redemption
Eph. 1:13-14 -- sealed with Spirit, guarantee of inheritance
II Cor. 5:5 -- God has given us the Spirit as a guarantee

I Thess. 4:7-8 -- God gives His Holy Spirit to you
Acts 5:32 -- God has given Holy Spirit to those who obey Him
Acts 2:38 -- repent and be baptized, receive the gift of Spirit
