The Greek font (without the diacritical marks) used in this dissertation is readable in Internet Explorer, all versions of Netscape 3 and 4 (not on Linux), and Opera without any changes. However, if you attempting to read this in Netscape 6 or 7 or in Mozilla or on a Linux system, you will need to make one of the following changes to see the Greek text.
Download, install and run the DOS program SymMozil in the Netscape or Mozilla program folders on Windows. This will automatically make the changes suggested above. SymMozil is available for download as an exe or zip file. This program must be placed in the same folder as netscape.exe or mozilla.exe to work correctly.
If you can see either of the following words in Greek font, you have either already done one of the above, or do not need to do them.
